Send a Kid You Love Outside (and We’ll Take It from There)

Something new is coming this summer! Jefferson Land Trust is launching its first-ever nature camp for children ages 4-11 (kindergarten through 5th grade), based at Sunfield Biodynamic Farm and Waldorf School in Port Hadlock.
Eight weeklong sessions run from July through August. Each session is designed to send kids outside and into the natural world and each is focused on a specific theme: tracking wildlife, investigating watersheds, unlocking the secrets of forest layers, and more. Every week wraps up with a hands-on project that puts what campers learned to use.
Our experienced educators will be creating a supportive and engaging environment where curiosity is encouraged and every camper has the opportunity to learn through direct experience with the land.
Camp sessions begin on July 6th and run Monday through Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, and cost $330 per week. Financial assistance is available, and we aim to ensure that no child is unable to attend camp due to financial barriers. Space is limited to 30 campers per week.
