Jefferson Land Trust's Spring Break Youth Corps Program offers one-week, paid internships for high school students aged 16 and up.

Each year, the program takes place during the week of Port Townsend's spring break. Students work outdoors as a team to learn about and undertake habitat enhancement and conservation activities on permanently protected nature preserves across east Jefferson County.

Transportation to sites is usually provided from Port Townsend, Chimacum, and/or Quilcene schools by pre-arrangement. Light lunches are provided. And a stipend is paid to each student who completes the week-long internship.
